Our Story

At Arturo's Hawaii, every tortilla starts the same way it has for generations in Mexico — with non-GMO corn cooked in limewater, then hand-kneaded and stone-ground on a traditional molino.

We believe the soul of great Mexican food lives in the masa. That's why we make our own from scratch every day — right here in Honolulu.
